Another unwieldy system ready for radical transformation as we enter a new world? We know that we can’t go on in the same way doing more of the same and expecting different results.
Our heavy reliance on a pharmaceutical industry, initially formed out of moving away from the natural pharmacopeia of traditional herbal remedies and wisdom and towards the synthesised chemical/pesticide/warfare industry was always going to collapse at some point. Not to knock modern medicine for its wonderful bits – let’s have the best of both worlds now. It requires our whole health system taking a far more holistic, preventative, supportive, respectful, self-responsible, personal choice stance. Not too much to ask for is it?
